Impact Analytical Grows with 3 New Hires

Impact Analytical has announced the addition of Susan Freed and Ryan Pritzlaff to its staff of problem-solving experts along with Kerry Pacholke to assist with maintaining the lab's Quality Assurance Standards.

Susan Freed 

Freed has joined Impact's GC-MS Laboratory. With over 25 years lab experience paired with her B.S. in Chemistry from Central Michigan University, Freed is an excellent addition to our GC-MS Laboratory as an Associate Scientist. She has previously been published in a Peer Reviewed Journal and has also authored many reports and methods with The Dow Chemical Company. Freed's extensive communication background is expected to continue to provide Impact's customers with detailed reporting services customized to address their needs.

Ryan Pritzlaff

Pritzlaff has joined Impact's LC-MS Laboratory. With the combination of lab and quality control experience, Ryan makes a great addition to Impact as a Senior Analytical Leader in our LC-MS Laboratory. He has recently received both his B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry from Northeastern Illinois University along with an award for his Outstanding Achievements in Physical Chemistry is expected to continue to provide excellent services to all of Impact's customers.

Kerry Pacholke 

Pacholke has joined the Impact Analytical Quality Assurance staff. With a B.S. in Chemistry from Saginaw Valley State University and 25 years of analytical laboratory, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and quality experience, Pacholke has the skills to succeed as Senior Quality Assurance Leader. Her broad technical and quality background, including 15 years dedicated to building and supporting pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing quality systems, provide a strong foundation to enhance quality assurance functions and ensure Impact’s customers receive excellent results.

For more than 25 years, Impact Analytical, a division of Michigan Molecular Institute, has provided extensive problem-solving capabilities, detailed analysis and method development to customers in manufacturing and academia. The company’s experienced technical personnel also help customers implement quality control programs, certify suppliers and characterize unknown materials. With considerable resources in polymer science, Impact Analytical maintains resident expertise in process engineering, packaging and physical properties testing. The laboratory is registered under GLP/cGMP and ISO 9001:2000 standards.
