Impact Analytical Expands Capabilities with Addition of New Hires

We are pleased to announce the addition of three new employees to our team. Each individual brings a background of new expertise, allowing us to expand our capabilities. The increase in staff is a direct result of growing demand. Joining the team are Amy Payeur, Ph.D., Lindsay McNalley, M.B.A., and Josh Lenartowicz.

Dr. Payeur joins Impact Analytical as analytical leader, working in the gas separations laboratory. As a recent graduate of the University of Michigan, Payeur earned a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry in which she focused her research on gas chromatography–mass spectrometry.

McNalley enters the role of sales account leader for Impact Analytical. She spent the past seven years at the Dow Chemical Company, and will now focus her efforts in medical device industry sales. McNalley received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Saginaw Valley State University, located in University Center, Michigan, and a master’s degree in business administration from Northwood University, located in Midland, Michigan.

Lenartowicz joins the thermal and mechanical properties laboratory at Impact Analytical, working as an associate analytical technologist. Prior to this position, he spent the past eight years working as a co-op student at Impact Analytical. Lenartowicz received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Saginaw Valley State University.
